If you're considering working with me but aren't quite sure which kind of support would be most appropriate, this is where we begin. During this complimentary 20-minute call, you'll have the opportunity to tell me a little about what you're experiencing, what you'd like support with and what you're hoping might change. I'll ask a few questions, we'll explore what may be most useful, and I'll explain which of my ways of working I believe would best support what you're looking for. It's also an opportunity for us to meet and for you to get a feel for me and the way I work before deciding whether you'd like to take anything further. There's no obligation to book anything afterwards. The purpose of the call is simply to help us both decide whether working together feels appropriate and, if so, what the best next step might be.
