private 1:1 work
This is where I feel most at home.
There's something about sitting with one human being that particularly suits the way I work: the privacy, the spaciousness, the intimacy that becomes possible when there's room to notice the nuance and follow what emerges, rather than having somewhere predetermined that we need to get to.
It's where I'm completely in my zone, in that flow state where I'm listening closely, noticing the subtle things, following something when it takes us somewhere unexpected, and staying with what doesn't quite make sense yet rather than rushing to explain it.
I bring over a decade of trauma-informed experience, nervous system education and therapeutic training into that space. But perhaps just as importantly, I've learned how to stay present with complexity, without needing to rush you, rescue you or decide what something means before we've had the chance to understand it.
Programmes and shared learning can be incredibly valuable, but they can't hold every nuance of an individual life. And there are things that just aren't for everyone's ears: the contradictory thing, the thought you immediately judge yourself for having.
Often it's the privacy of that relationship that allows us to be a little more honest about what's actually there.
Your experience is unique to you. So is the nervous system that's adapted around it.
You might have a clear idea of what support you're looking for, or you might genuinely have no clue where to begin.
Both are welcome.
WHICH KIND OF SUPPORT DO YOU NEED?
I've created a small number of ways we can work together, depending on what you're experiencing and what feels most useful right now.
I'm not here to convince you that any one of these, or working with me at all, is what you need. I trust you to be able to feel that out for yourself, in your own time.
So take a look through them. See what resonates.
And if you're still not sure, that's exactly what the Connection Call is for.
Not to sell you on anything, but to help you get a clearer sense of what might actually be supportive.

Your personal map for understanding and supporting your nervous system
When you're tired but can't quite switch off.
When you've finally got time to yourself but can't seem to settle into it.
When you're inexplicably irritable, rushing when there's nowhere you particularly need to be, or carrying that low-level buzz of agitation in your body that tells you you're slightly more on edge than you'd like.
You're functioning. Getting on with your life. Nothing that would look, from the outside, like a problem.
You'd just rather it didn't feel quite so uncomfortable to be in your own skin quite so often.
Maybe you've read about the nervous system. You understand its importance. You've tried the breathwork, the journalling, the meditation — perhaps even the cold plunges.
Some of it helped. Some of it didn't really do anything.
Maybe something felt good while you were doing it, but didn't seem to translate into the moments when you actually needed it.
And perhaps you'd like to understand what is actually happening rather than constantly reaching for another thing to make it stop.
You may not need another tool. You may need a better map.
The Foundation is a four-session introduction to understanding your nervous system — not simply nervous system theory, but how activation, settling, protection and connection actually show up in you.
Because there is information about you that no book, coach or expert can give you.
It becomes available when you learn to tune inwards, be present with your felt experience and begin to understand the language of your own nervous system.
Together, we'll map how your system tends to respond, identify the early signals you may currently notice only once they've become loud, explore your own triggers and glimmers, and build a range of resources that make sense for you.
You'll also begin learning the practice of somatic self-enquiry — becoming curious about what you're experiencing rather than immediately trying to suppress it, explain it away or make it disappear.
This isn't about collecting more regulation hacks. It's about becoming increasingly literate in your own internal experience.
So when that familiar restlessness, agitation or activation appears, you're better able to recognise what's happening, stay in relationship with yourself and know how to offer yourself support.
The aim isn't to become permanently calm. It's to understand yourself well enough to have more agency and choice in how you meet what arises.
This isn't just foundational nervous system knowledge.
It's the beginning of a different relationship with yourself.
Across four 75 minute sessions, we'll explore:
Session 1 — Your Nervous System Map
Understand the different states of your nervous system and begin recognising your own patterns, signals and automatic responses.
Session 2 — Triggers & Glimmers
Explore what tends to move your system towards protection and what supports greater ease, connection and availability.
Session 3 — Your Regulating Resources
Develop a more personalised understanding of what genuinely supports your system — and why something that works beautifully for someone else may do very little for you.
Session 4 — Somatic Self-Enquiry
Begin learning how to tune inwards, stay present with your felt experience and support yourself from that deeper level.

You can see yourself doing the bloody thing.
You know the pattern. You might even know where it comes from, and yet there you are doing it again.
Saying yes when you meant no. Overthinking something you promised yourself you weren't going to overthink. Finding yourself in the same relationship dynamic, having the same argument, reacting in a way you can see isn't helping, sometimes while you're actually doing it.
That's the frustrating bit.
Because you're not unaware.
You've thought about it, journalled about it, maybe even talked it through. You've genuinely tried to respond differently.
And still, something seems to keep pulling you back into the familiar.
After a while, it can feel like you're going round in circles, perhaps wondering why, with everything you understand about yourself, you still can't seem to get a flaming grip on this one thing.
But what if the problem isn't that you haven't tried hard enough?
What if the way you've been trying to change it, through more discipline, self-correction, criticism or sheer force of will, has left you fighting with the very thing you're trying to understand?
Often, we treat the response we want to get rid of as though it is the problem.
The Deep Dive gives us the time and space to become much more curious about what's actually happening underneath it.
What are you feeling, anticipating, believing or avoiding? What might this response be doing for you? What might it allow you to avoid feeling, risking, saying or facing?
Sometimes the answer has roots in something that once helped you cope, stay connected or adapt with the understanding and resources you had at the time.
Sometimes what we find is much more present-day.
And sometimes what we find isn't particularly convenient.
That's why this work asks for honest self-observation: a willingness to look at what's actually happening rather than only at what we wish were happening, and to meet what we find with compassionate curiosity instead of immediately trying to correct it.
We'll slow things right down and look beneath what you already know, at the thoughts and meanings you may not usually question, what happens in your body, the emotions and impulses that arise, what you automatically do or avoid, and what may be keeping the pattern in place.
Part of the work is learning how to stay alongside yourself while you do that.
Sometimes change doesn't begin with finding another way to make yourself stop. It begins by learning to meet differently what's actually happening when you do it.
Where appropriate, and always with your agreement, we can also move beyond talking about the issue and work experientially with what emerges, bringing what you understand intellectually into relationship with the emotional and felt experience underneath it.
The aim is to see more clearly what you're actually working with, work experientially with what becomes available, and begin changing the relationship you have with it. Not to force a breakthrough or promise that everything changes in two hours.
And the support doesn't end when the session does.
Afterwards, I'll create a personalised Integration Guide based on what emerged in our time together, something practical to return to when the familiar friction shows up in everyday life.
Sustainable change is met in the friction of everyday life.
When the conversation happens. When someone asks something of you. When you feel the familiar urge to avoid, appease, overthink, control or do whatever your particular flipping thing happens to be.
Those moments aren't evidence that you've failed or that nothing has changed. They're opportunities to recognise what's happening, support yourself differently and discover what else might now be available to you.
Your Integration Guide is there to support that process, not as another set of instructions for making yourself stop, but as a way of helping you bring what emerged in our session into the life you're actually living.

Some experiences create a very clear sense of before and after.
Life continues. You continue. You may have talked about what happened, tried to make peace with it, kept yourself busy, pushed through, or simply trusted that with enough time it would eventually become easier.
But sometimes time isn't enough.
You might find yourself going back over what happened or longing for the person you were before.
Perhaps you've become very good at putting your head down and just getting on with things, but certain situations still bring you straight back to how you felt then. Or maybe you've found ways of keeping what you feel at a distance because that's been easier than allowing yourself to go near it.
Life may have moved on in many ways, while something about the experience still feels remarkably close.
It doesn't have to stay this close.
Understanding an experience and no longer carrying the same emotional or physiological response to it aren't necessarily the same thing.
The Clearing gives us three sessions to work with that difference.
We begin by taking time to understand the wider emotional landscape surrounding what happened, rather than assuming the most obvious event is necessarily the whole story.
Because sometimes it's not only what happened that continues to carry emotional weight, but what it meant to you.
The betrayal, the injustice, not being heard or understood, what was lost or changed, what you didn't get to say or do.
We'll take time to understand what happened before, during and afterwards, and what your mind and body may still be carrying now.
From there, we move into focused emotional reprocessing.
A central part of this work is Havening Techniques®, a psychosensory approach using gentle, applied touch alongside specific processes to work directly with the emotional and embodied impact of stressful or distressing experiences.
This takes us beyond simply talking about or understanding what happened.
For some people, reprocessing can bring a significant sense of relief. Something that once felt emotionally immediate can begin to feel more distant. A memory may remain, while the intensity, distress or emotional weight attached to it reduces considerably.
Sometimes the shift can be profound.
That isn't something I can promise or manufacture, and every person's experience is different. But the possibility of meaningful emotional change is very much part of why we do this work.
Our final session gives us space to integrate what's changed, work with anything that still needs attention, and begin turning towards what might now be possible.
Because when something has occupied a significant amount of emotional space for a long time, its absence can create space of its own.
We can begin to explore what you'd like to experience more of now. Perhaps that's confidence, hope and freedom, connection, trust and ease, or simply a stronger sense that your life belongs to the present rather than continuing to be organised around what happened in the past.
We'll work experientially with those possibilities too, connecting with and strengthening emotional resources that are already available within your own lived experience, rather than asking you to force yourself into a more positive way of thinking.
The intention isn't to minimise what happened, ask you to simply "get over it," or return you to the person you were before. It's to help dissolve some of the emotional debris that's been weighing you down, creating space to discover more of who you are now.
What happened can become part of your story without continuing to limit your participation in the life that's still available to you.
If our work reveals something that would benefit from further reprocessing beyond the three sessions, additional 90-minute sessions can be booked individually.

Remember that reel you saved a few weeks ago? The one where it felt like somebody was reading your mind. That podcast you listened to a few months ago. Or the book you read that really hit home.
You try to retain all of it because living more consciously matters to you.
But life gets busy. Another deadline to meet, another problem to deal with. Someone needs something from you. And somehow that reel that made so much sense on Tuesday morning has disappeared into the ether.
So you keep gathering. More information. More inspiration.
But when you're standing in the middle of your own life, it can be incredibly difficult to know what any of it actually means for you.
Protect your peace above all else, or should you feel the fear and do it anyway?
Should you trust your gut? But what if it's actually fear.
Is it time to regulate, or do you need to feel it to heal it?
You need to set boundaries, but what about keeping your heart open?
Where the hell do you even begin?
Because underneath all of that saving, you genuinely want to show up for yourself.
You don't want to spend any more of your life simply going through the motions.
Work, eat, sleep, repeat.
You want to make decisions that feel like your own, have the conversations you know are important, and make more room for what you actually value.
And when life inevitably throws you a curveball, you want to trust that you can meet it without abandoning or overriding yourself in the process.
Truth is, you don't need another person telling you something you should know. You need the space to hear that for yourself.
And guess what? You don't need to go on a retreat to Peru to access any of that.
That's why I created Grounded Monthly Mentorship.
Once a month, we'll meet with whatever life is bringing up for you. Maybe there's a decision you've been circling, a conversation you know you need to have, or something you've been tolerating for longer than you'd like to admit.
None of it needs fixed before you bring it here.
And I won't promise you that these conversations will have you tiptoeing through the daisies from here on forth.
Because if your peace depends entirely on getting the outside world to behave the way you need it to, you're always going to be on pretty precarious ground.
Your annoying work colleague may still be annoying. Your responsibilities won't miraculously disappear.
So if that's the kind of razzmatazz you're looking for, Grounded probably isn't the mentorship for you.
Grounded is about tending to the ground that's actually yours: your relationship with yourself.
Hindsight is a great thing. You can probably look back on plenty of situations and see exactly what was happening.
But wouldn't it be so much more useful to be able to access some of that insight when you're actually in the thick of it?
That's what we practise together. So increasingly, you can meet what's here honestly and actually live what you already know.
