Introducing PLAY...

After spending many a Friday night in my comfies, listening to good tunes, playing games, and dancing around my living room like no one is watching, I came to realise this is my dream night in. And let me tell you, it is sooooo nourishing! Honestly, I’ve grown so much through the practice of play, dance, and connection.

I’ve come to understand that we can sometimes take our healing journey way too seriously. We get so caught up in trying to do it right that it starts to feel more like a chore than a journey. And the irony? That pressure can be so counterproductive.

When we approach growth with rigidity, we trigger old wounds, the feelings of not being enough, of needing to prove ourselves, of tying our worth to how well we "do the work." Perfectionism creeps in, and suddenly, instead of moving forward, we get stuck…
