If I am unable to take your call I will ring you back within the next 48 hours whenever possible, if you leave your contact details and a good time for me to get back to you. PLEASE NOTE that if you are getting in touch on behalf of someone else, I will need to have their consent and for them to be ready and willing to engage in the process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions.
